Disembarking in Auckland

Today is Easter Sunday and this morning we disembarked in Auckland New Zealand.  The disembarkation process went quite smoothly, and we are now in our hotel room.

​

Yesterday we were in Taurunga and had a day long tour of Rotarura.  Saw the geothermal geysers and mud pools.  Also went into a Kiwi House in search of the native Kiwi bird.  However, since they are nocturnal, I couldn't see anything in their enclosure.

Tomorrow we hope to explore Auckland a bit before we catch a plane home Tuesday night.
